Lady Gaga Accused of Bullying Family Owned Company.

Lady Gaga is hell bent on trademarking the name "Gaga" and will stop at nothing, including suing hard working families in the process.  The latest victim of her bullying is Albany, NY company Gaga Pure Platinum; a cosmetics company that crushes precious gem stones into a fine powder and creates a unique brand of make-up with it.

Gaga Pure Platinum has been been around since 2000.  The company is owned by umbrella company Zela International which has been around since 1968.  Zela is owned by the Sukljian family; the founder is Ike Sukljian.  His daughters Christina and Jennifer own Gaga Pure Platinum.

An email sourced by the Village Voice’s Michael Musto, claims that the anti-bullying songstress has started to bully them into giving up their 12-year-old trademark on their business.

“So much for her anti-bullying campaigns because she is bullying a family business and her tactic is to lie (WHAT?) by using fraudulent, baseless and groundless claims in federal trademark court so she can bully them with her fame,” the source email to The Village Voice said. “Looks like she’s living up to her self proclaimed title of ‘mother monster’ and has proven to be a total hypocrite.” (NO!)

Surprise.

Lady Gaga owns a cosmetics company called Ate My Heart Inc.  Yes, you read that right.  Lady I Hate Money owns a cosmetics company with the intent of creating a line of makeup to $ell.  Much to her dismay, her plans could be foiled because Gaga Pure Platinum owns the trademark name "Gaga" and has owned it years before Stefani Germanotta became the gag inducing pop star she is today.

This past March, Stefani and her team of legal bullies petitioned for a cancellation of the Gaga Pure Platinum trademark.   The petition filed by Lady Xerox doesn't claim that the make-up company is trying to pilfer off her name but instead requests that they terminate their company to allow Gaga the freedom to register her own cosmetics company without infringing on others.  The filing also claims that Gaga Pure Platinum hasn't been in operation for about three years.

The truth is that the company IS in operation, given the fact that you can buy the cosmetics from their website and on their Facebook page.  Hardly a company that isn't in operation now is it?  Quite the audacious, arrogant move from Lady Gaga Inc.

That however is a moot point because whether the company is in operation or not, the Sukljian family still owns the name.

Basically what Lady gaga is doing is bullying a family owned company with a lawsuit, threatening them to stop operating so she can create another product to further line her money hating pockets.

One question I must ask is if Lady Gaga wants the name so bad, why not just offer to buy it?  Why slap them with a lawsuit for a company that is legally theirs?

Good news is that Ms. Sukljian has filed her own notice of opposition demanding that Gaga cease plans to use the Haus of Gaga line so that customers aren't confused between the two.

Although Ms. Sukljian counter suit is totally with merit and has legs to stand on, her concerns are reminiscent of the bullshit lawsuit Gaga filed last year for the same "confusion" reasons.

Seems like Stefani is going a little lawsuit crazy.  She should be driving around in an ambulance instead of that $200,000 Audi she just bought.

Several of you emailed me stories about this so thank you!  You know who you are.
